C’est pas la première fois que nous séjournons avec immogroom encore une fois, l’appartement était top super bien situé au calme mais tous près d’une super plage et de la Croisette.

Location agréable et proche mer à 200 m.

Grandes pièces de vie pour 6 personnes : Un lit double, avec climatisation et accès au balcon. 2 Lits superposés avec climatisation + 1 au raz du sol. Un Canapé lit entre l entrée et la chambre des lits superposés donc pas de fenêtre mais lumineux quand même. Balcon avec vue sur mer, en longueur pouvant accueillir au maximum 3 personnes sur la même table. Grande cuisine avec lave vaisselle, bouilloire, Nespresso, avec accès au balcon. Salle de bain avec WC et fenêtre donnant sur balcon idéal pour étendre directement son linge, de la machine à laver. Ascenseur ancien et petit avec double porte qui se bloque si porte mal fermée. C est dommage car je me suis fait une double fracture à la cheville et la location se trouve au 4ème étage donc compliqué lorsque cela se produit... Ménage pas fait avant notre arrivée, dommage car dans le règlement, nous sommes taxé de 30€/heure de ménage si l appartement est rendu sale !! Pas de stationnement prévu dommage car garage en sous-sol. Malgré ces quelques désagréments passagés, j y retournerai avec plaisir.

L’hygiène des sanitaires ( toilettes , baignoire et lavabo) laissaient à désirer ce qui est très dommage , aussi la qualité des matelas du lit superposé nous a fait mal au dos tous le séjour mais la vue sur la mer le matin nous faisait oublier la nuit qui reste douloureuse , très bon point un ventilateur dans chaque pièce !!!!! Très grande cuisine pour y manger à plusieurs
