The accommodation offered is a spacious two-room apartment of 40m² benefiting from a terrace with a clear view of trees. The apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a large living room with a convertible sofa (160cm) for two additional beds, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The private parking space will be a real plus for your stay, also guest spaces are available in the residence.

The "Domaine des Palmiers" is located on the heights of Cannes la Bocca, 2.5 km from the Midi Beaches and 5 km from the Croisette. The Estate extends over 6 hectares and is completely closed and monitored 24 hours a day by a security service.

La Bocca Market: Take the bus and go to the colorful La Bocca Market for your fruits and vegetables. Right next to the market are all the small shops.

## Transit
Public transport in Cannes: The population of Cannes increases fourfold during the film festival period and in summer. Instead of looking for a parking space near the Croisette when you go to the center of Cannes, it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the residence and use public transport. Azur Bus: The Line 2 bus stop (Blanchisserie - Les Bastides) is located 30 meters from the entrance to Domaine des Palmiers (Le Plateau bus stop see Cannes bus map). The bus line is direct (direction Blanchisserie), it will take you to the La Bocca market square or to the city center of Cannes, about a hundred meters from the Palais des Festival. The bus service generally operates from 6 a.m. with a frequency of one bus every 12 minutes (see Line 2 bus timetable)
Regional Express Train (TER SNCF): The Ranguin SNCF station is just a quarter of an hour's walk from the residence. This line will take you directly to La Bocca, to the center of Cannes, or to Nice or Monaco (train timetable).
Marinello maritime shuttle: During the summer, a maritime shuttle service is set up. This means of transport allows you to cross the bay of Cannes in a pleasant way at a low cost (sea shuttle timetables).
