"Great accommodation! The owner was very friendly and gave us a tour around Lima, but did not speak much English. Overall, our experience was wonderful!"

"Hotel no cumple lo que ofrece. Reservé 2 habitaciones... una con jacuzzi y una simple. Al llamar un dia antes del viaje me indicaron que ya la habian dado a otro huesped que los llamó directamente por telefono y me cambiaban a otra habitacion de menor calidad. Brindan informacion falsa: señalan que ofrecen desayuno de paga en el hotel. Al hacercarme al dia siguiente de mi llegada a desayunar me dijeron que no habia. Omiten información importante: es un hotel vertical.. para llegar a las habitaciones hay que subir hasta el 4to piso por escaleras ya que no cuenta con ascensor. Si uno quiere toallas adicionales (solo colocan 2), hay que pagar por ellas un monto adicional. Otro punto negativo es que se escucha los ruidos de habitaciones contiguas. Si uno pretende descansar un poco mas es imposible, pues desde temprano huespedes bulliciosos de otras habitaciones lo impiden. Definitivamente no volveria a este hotel."

"Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this. They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar. They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience. "
