“El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son cómodas, pero lamentablemente nuestra experiencia terminó muy mal. Durante la estadía tuvimos que ducharnos un día con agua fría porque no había gas; otro día estuvimos sin luz ni agua y tampoco funcionó el desayuno; además, del baño salía constantemente olor a desagüe. No reclamamos por ninguno de estos inconvenientes y fuimos totalmente comprensivos. Lo realmente insólito ocurrió en el check-out: nos mostraron una foto de una cama con una……

“Marcelo and his family were absolutely fantastic. Helped our family of 4 get a few days of laundry cleaned for an amazing price. Coordinated a taxi for us on the morning we left to get to the train station on time. Breakfast was amazing and they took great care in everything regarding the hotel.”

“For the cost it was okay. It just isn’t ideal for a place of rest. The neighbors and sound is really easy to hear if someone is passing by or making noise above you. It was hard to get rest we woke up everyday at 6 am being bothered because the noise. I would say breakfast was good for what it is as well. The service was really good! It does take the wind off of you walking up the stairs to get there but ideally it is cute. I would have preferred another hotel because bugs kept getting in our……
