“I would not come here, the property upon arrival had an absolute awful mildew smell in the shower, had had hairs on the bedsheet, half empty bottles left behind. It was just felt so unsanitary to stay here, the host did not apologize however he did send a cleaning crew the next day which I appreciated they then explained that the smell was because of bad weather they had and they couldn’t do much so I appreciated the explanation and the apology from the cleaning crew. He did did not provide any……

“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay at this studio. The stunning view was definitely one of the highlights – truly beautiful and even better than expected. The studio was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent: friendly, easy, and very responsive. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing……
