“This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.”

“Great Havasu house not too far from the water. Clean, spacious, comfortable with plenty of parking. Brandi with Evolve was very communicative and friendly. I would stay here on future trips. ”

“Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas.”

“Nice end unit townhouse only attached on one side. Awesome natural light ceiling sunroofs all over and big windows and sliding glass door. Clean week kept grounds outside. Inside also clean and comfortable, close to everything. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning. Host is very nice. Will definitely stay again ”

“The owner was wonderful. Kept communicating with us. Paid for heating the pool but it was not the best weather for that. Very clean. The carpet in one bedroom smelled like cat urine but the owner said it was a water leak & he was taking the carpet out. Very nice owners to deal with.”
