“This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday……

“I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. Any issues with the condo were attended to promptly. Diego and Robert are excellent maintenance professionals. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep during my stay. The living……

There is a well-manicured nature walk within the property that we took advantage of almost every day. Great place to experience sites and sounds of nature. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend.”

“Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. Put together shotty. Paint and cement chips throughout the balcony and no seating on the balcony, furnishings are cheap laminate, bathroom has mold in the shower, and doors to the shower and to the bathroom itself don’t close because of poor installation, no stove, and outside of building is under……

“The A/C was not functioning for the duration of our stay and despite reaching out to the owner on vrbo as well as by WhatsApp, the issue was not addressed. In addition, the patio did not have any furniture, so we were sitting on the tile floor to get fresh air given the cooling issues inside. Would not recommend staying at this condo for any length of time. ”
