I was extremely impressed with this property. check in and stay was seamless and perfect. Staffs were extremely professional and friendly. The room was very clean with nice decor. Around the property, was clean and grounds very well kept. Hot spring and pool area were phenomenal. We dined in the restaurant and the food and bar drinks and menu options were awesome. They have multiple bars and they open late. I highly recommend the property and this was our 3rd visit to costa rica, we will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great experience!

Great property, great service. Food was under-seasoned but otherwise very good. Room (junior suite) was fantastic with private thermal pool. The only big negative was a horrible mattress. It was like sleeping on cement floor. I have been in severe pain the whole vacation as a result. Front desk and housekeeping did not provide a solution saying the mattresses are brand new. No softer mattress or topper available. No attempt to fix the issue.
