“We had a great stay! The property was beautiful. Our children loved the creek! We loved having coffee in the crisp morning air on the porch. Loved being able to be downtown in minutes but feel like we were in the middle of nowhere when ended our days.”

“This home was up to date, clean and easy access to surrounding areas. It was honestly the best "stocked" home I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had great dishes of all kinds, tons of spices and herbs..ect. Even the laundry room had several detergents to choose from and stain remover. That was amazing. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was very quick to reply, friendly and flexible. We were initially planning on heading home on a Sunday. We asked for a late check out, as we were……

“We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog. The hot tub pictured is not the same one as is now on the property but worked fine.”

“This house is gorgeous. The owner is super sweet and very easy to get in touch with. She kept us informed as weather had closed some roads on arrival day. Grocery store close. “My family had a great time staying at this property. The check-in process was simple which was a huge win after a 6+hr drive with kids and pups. The kitchen was fully stocked, my pups enjoyed running up and down the rolling hills, the firepit area was amazing, hottub was clean and enjoyable, the gameroom was a hit, and my wife played hours of Mario Brothers (refused to share with the kids - ha). Being just a short drive to Ashville and peaceful drive to the ski slopes, this lovely farmhouse offers an escape while still allowing you to be connected to the city and other attractions. The baby goats and piglets are adorable, but their handsome farm cat, Manoosh was the highlight of our stay! Jean has a gift for hospitality and Steve is a talented photographer. “Positives- House was very clean. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable mattresses. Plenty of room for our family of six (2 adult kids and 2 teens). Nice fire pit and comfy chairs around fire pit. Beautiful view looking up at a mountain and down across a field with chickens. Hammock and picnic table available for creekside relaxation and enjoyment. Negatives- One of the reasons we come to the mountains is to enjoy the fresh, crisp mountain air. We opened the windows to enjoy the air……
