"First time trying VRBO and it went great. Condo was exactly as described and worked out great for us. Super location, walking distance to many things (bars, restaurants, art museum and music venues including Rabbit Rabbit). Check in process was easy. Great detailed instructions with pictures to make it easier to find the back entrance. Nice follow up on day after check-in to ensure no issues and that all was good...unexpected and nice to get that text! In the end, a good time was had by all...

"We (3 of us) stayed here end of April. It was clean and well kept. If you want to cook, everything you need was there. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, breweries, music, museum. If you have a car, nice & secure garage space is included. Only downside is street noise if you want to sit on deck. We could not find a bluetooth music hookup either. Great stay in a beautiful area!"

"This location was amazing! The view of the water fall and waking up to hearing it every morning was refreshing. I enjoyed that the space was tucked away, yet close enough to plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities! My favorite feature was that it was pet friendly. My dog loved the space as much as I did."

"So many codes! There is a serious and unsettling knocking noise when riding the elevator. You need to have this looked into. Other occupants and renters also mentioned it."

"Easy check in, clean and had all the things we could need to start us off. Found an iron, but couldnt find an ironing board. Other than that, had everything. Easy walking to a lot of Ashville. Whatever bar is across the street was super loud til 2am and woke us several nights."

"This place is great! You would never know you are only 10 minutes or so from a busy town. It’s the best hide-a-way spot right next to the river. We chose a cabin with hot tub and river view. The cabins are unique tiny homes with thoughtful details. Very clean and homey feeling.
