“We have stayed at these condos for 4 years in a row. The value is great and is a lot cheaper than staying at a hotel if your party is greater than 2 people. The space is wonderful with 3 levels and lots of privacy and space. The area is great with lots of nature at the condo and near Cashiers and Highlands. Negatives- These units are a bit outdated and sliding doors, showers, jetted tubs, etc. sometimes do not work well. The benefits far outweigh the negatives and we will continue to book……

“Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return.”

“Cons: Rude and non helfpul front desk staff- see seperate corrspondonces to the manager Delayed Check in Process- see seperate corrspondonces to the manager Poor sound insulation. We could hear the neighbors upstairs almost constantly, except when they finally went to sleep TVs did not allow accessing Streaming Content (important for raingy days with kids) Management did not support us when there were issues with the ammenities be aware you have to drive to all the facilities at saphire……

“Overall it’s just ok. Instructions are a bit iffy. Like taking the trash out gave special instruction but I checked out on Sunday and it said not to put the trash inside the container until the morning it is picked up which is Monday??? Says to bring it to an offsite place if not on a pick up day but it’s closed on Sunday??? Like I said it was OK the place was clean just really dated and there was a lot of outside noise that can be heard. The price was good so I would stay again. I will say the……
