Was in the presidential suite and had multiple issues - fire pit not working properly and constantly turning off, phone in main bedroom not working, TVs sluggish old and barely usesable, kitchen unexpectedly closed temporarily when trying to order room service. Disappointing given the expense. "

"The Asheville Renaissance Hotel provided a great place to explore Asheville on foot. The upper floor views of the city and mountains beyond were amazing and restful. Our full buffet breakfast, included with our room booking, was delicious and plentiful and the staff very attentive. We had a misunderstanding about parking that was quickly resolved. We hope to return. "
