“The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. “Great location. Amazing views ”

“Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“Loved that parking was included and convenient. The location was perfect for watching the sunsets and walking to stores and restaurants. The unit had everything we could need but with the food options around, we ate out rather than cook. Found great shops for records and books! Very relaxing!”

“Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!”

“Great location!”

“It's a great location, great condo and great owner all wrapped up in one! I needed a last minute condo and the location was perfect. It's close to everything on the riverwalk. Andrew is extremely easy to deal with and very prompt to emails. I'll definitely be back for sure!”
