「The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The "ConciAir Team" was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue. 」
