"Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off...

"Very nice condo in a great location. The place was spotless, roomy, quiet, and perfect for our four night stay (wish it could have been longer). The location on Beech Mountain couldn't have been any better. The whole process of renting the condo and dealing with the owner couldn't have been any smoother. We are already looking forward to another stay at this place."

"20 adults and 4 children (2months to 2.5 years old) stayed 4 nights/5 days here; overall it was a wonderful experience. The house accommodated everyone with ease. Communication with owner was excellent from day one to checkout time. Wildlife, from deer in the yard all along the road back to Beech Mountain to momma bear and 4 cubs just outside our bedroom/kitchen windows was wonderful to experience from young to old alike!!! When this many adults are involved, it’s usually a mixed bag of opinions; however, we all agreed we would definitely book this house again for a family mountain vacation to this area. Thanks for opening your mountain home up for all of us to enjoy!!"

"The home is very well appointed. Well stocked, great decor, spectacular view, comfortable beds. Stayed there for a weekend with my husband, and it was perfect for us. We were very pleased with everything from start to finish, and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Everything was clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. The amenities were nice like having a washer and dryer and coffee provided. We didn't use them but I noticed an iron and hair dryer and even an umbrella by the front door. There were many conveniences available. The host was patient and accommodating with us."
