「We had high hopes, but were let down. We were in the middle of an 18 hour drive and stopped for the night to take a break. Our goal was hot showers and restful sleep. We booked a room and completed check-in online in advanced. We had three adults. The check-in window is extremely hard to hear through. The bathroom had one small bar of soap.
