「I utilize a wheelchair and as soon as I came in the door I was welcomed by name and asked if I needed a toilet chair and a shower chair. I have never been asked if I needed equipment.」

「This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy....

「Hotel and staff were very good but the area did not seem to be safe. There are homeless and obvious drug users in the area that would congregate at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. A couple blocked the entrance at one point as we were trying to enter. Asheville needs to find better ways to address the homeless throughout the city. Wish we had stayed in a different area. Probably won’t stay in this city again.」

「We liked the location. We had a warm greeting when we arrived. This location is being remodeled we stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice.」

「Room were dirty. The floors were extremely dirty and sticky. Bathroom doors didn’t shut all the way. The bottom dresser drawer was unusable. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful」

「Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK」
