“Great little apartment, had everything I needed and loved the location. Would stay here again.”

“Perfect for 2. The view was well worth the extra money both early morning and the nights. Stayed during the winter and the heat was more than enough, and stayed warm during 22 degree weather. Location is nice, you're isolated from the host, but the host is 10 steps away and willing to help however he can. Collier CoveNature Preserve is a short walk away too if you'd want to do a small hike. The approach to the property is a little tricky, you have to share one lane and there are some steep parts……

“We were only in town for 1 night as we were attending a concert in downtown Asheville. This fit our needs perfectly. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a quick stay; very clean, very quiet. We will definitely look to book here again when we are back in the Asheville area. ”

“This was a cute, cozy unit. There are stairs to get to the unit, and sometimes the outside is icy, but snow and ice might be the reason for your visit! The kitchen is remodeled, the sofa is comfy. There is a fireplace. Bonus- There's a washer and dryer.Wifi works! What else do you need?”
