“When we got in our room the shower head was missing. We heard banging all night and discovered in the morning that there was a truck parked outside our room with horses in it.”

The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid. The tubing and zipline are a must try offered on the property and the guided walk and yoga beautiful experience. The thermal river is unbelievably beautiful and warm like a hot tub and……

Space was perfect for our family of 4 specially with our teens that like to have their own space to rest and get ready privately. Loved the facilities like the pool and the gym! “Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here.”
