「Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views just steps from the beach. Extremely quiet and peaceful with an easy 15 min drive to a nice grocery store (Auto Mercado) and additional restaurants in Coco Beach. Our favorite restaurant, Ginger, was a short walk just off the beach. Cafe Java in Coco Beach had the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks/smoothies. This is our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and my family wanted a laid back beach vacation. Plenty of tours and options for fun along the beach....

「Our second outstanding stay at el mirador. The penthouse is a wonderful retreat and stay. The beach club and new second pool was a greatlil oaisis. The new second pool could benefit from some shade as it is toasty. I think the structure is there for thay just not roofed or thatched yet.Check in was easy and smooth, gatedaccess provides piece of mind,easy walk DOWN to town and shoos. 「Exactly as shown in the photos. I stayed with my wife and two adult children for 2 weeks, and the apartment was well kept, spacious and offers a beautiful view. Just an fyi- it’s a 3 story walk up so you’ll get your steps in! The Pacifico grounds, pools and especially the beach club are exceptional! Also worth noting that the property is managed by a company called Special Places who were fabulous. Extremely professional, friendly, responsive and eager to help make my trip as great as possible.」

「Great unit and highly recommended. Very nice condition, well stocked, very comfortable. End unit quiet and close to the snack bar and pools but low noise. Tree canopy on 3rd floor makes it very private. Management responsive (we had no issues, just check-in and out). Secure location and easy access. Conveniences (such as modern supermarket) a very short walk, and beach, restaurants, etc. also very walkable.」

「The condo and the pool were clean and it was a short walk to the beach. There were items there that were considerate for the guests. The only thing we didn’t really like was the couch downstairs. It is patio furniture and is not comfortable for sitting and watching TV or sleeping. But we understand that it was likely chosen because it dries quickly. May be something to consider upgrading to a sleeper sofa in the future. 」
