“Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views just steps from the beach. Extremely quiet and peaceful with an easy 15 min drive to a nice grocery store (Auto Mercado) and additional restaurants in Coco Beach. Our favorite restaurant, Ginger, was a short walk just off the beach. Cafe Java in Coco Beach had the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks/smoothies. This is our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and my family wanted a laid back beach vacation. Plenty of tours and options for fun along the beach.……

“The condo and the pool were clean and it was a short walk to the beach. There were items there that were considerate for the guests. The only thing we didn’t really like was the couch downstairs. It is patio furniture and is not comfortable for sitting and watching TV or sleeping. But we understand that it was likely chosen because it dries quickly. May be something to consider upgrading to a sleeper sofa in the future. ”

“This was a fantastic base to stay in to explore Guanacaste while enjoying the Pacifico facilities. The kitchen is quite well stocked, bed was comfortable, AC fanastic, balcony is gorgeous and shaded, and access to the pickleball courts/poolside bar service/pool were so so so enjoyed!! Grocery store so close by was also a fanastic feature of staying here. Oscar's place was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Oscar was also great to communicate with. Definitely would recommend……

“Unit was very clean, within walking distance to the beach and town, multiple options for dining within walking distance. Air conditioning worked woderfully and the large overhead fans were a godsend. My only reccommendation would be an additional ceiling fan in the loft bedroom. All and all it was a eonderful first trip to Costa Rica and we will be back!”

“We hit some pretty rough roads getting there as we stayed toweds the end of off season and the roada are not grated yet. That being said this condo is on a very nice property and is super close to the beach. For those who don't like to venture far from the house, there are several pools on site that are on property to use. They are really nice and clean. The condo is on the second floor and a short walk from parking area but has secured parking. The neighbors are all very friendly and the unit……
