「Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views just steps from the beach. Extremely quiet and peaceful with an easy 15 min drive to a nice grocery store (Auto Mercado) and additional restaurants in Coco Beach. Our favorite restaurant, Ginger, was a short walk just off the beach. Cafe Java in Coco Beach had the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks/smoothies. This is our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and my family wanted a laid back beach vacation. Plenty of tours and options for fun along the beach....

「This place was perfect! Beautiful location overlooking the beach! We felt very safe in this gated community. It was close to town for grocery shopping. Our favourite place to buy fish was Panamar Fish market. We enjoy fresh caught fish every day! 「We stayed at Pacifico for a month. The condo was perfect, great location to beach, grocery stores, pools, restaurants. Keep in mind if you decide the top floor, you will be walking up a big hill and then 6 flights of stairs! We will be back but to 1st or 2nd floor 」

The new second pool could benefit from some shade as it is toasty. 「The condo and the pool were clean and it was a short walk to the beach. There were items there that were considerate for the guests. The only thing we didn’t really like was the couch downstairs. It is patio furniture and is not comfortable for sitting and watching TV or sleeping. But we understand that it was likely chosen because it dries quickly. May be something to consider upgrading to a sleeper sofa in the future. 」

"We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine, totally what one could expect but still it was horrible. The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!"
