"Breakfast was ok but should have More bead and pasty options and if you want to appeal to Canadians/Americans you should have bacon available."

"The location is really breathtaking. It is low season so only one restaurant was open for meals (but be sure to check out the views at susnset). The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the waterslide (Tsunami speed). The views of the Volcano were wow! And the thermal springs in the afternoon (accompanied by a number of monkies above were just what the docter ordered). "

"Room was not ready at check in, scheduled a Hydro message however when we arrived to the spot it was broken and nobody noticed us. Also it was a misunderstanding with one of our dinner reservations tthat was handled bad by the staff "

"Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, offered great service and always helpful. A huge shout out to Andre who really provided excellent service the days we laid out by the beach. "
