“Entiendo que la dueña es una estadounidense pero el alojamiento está en Costa Rica, por lo que al no hablar español el idioma nativo de mi país Costa Rica se hizo algo complicado el tema de la comunicación, posterior cuando llegamos al lugar nadie nos recibió, el lugar no está a 15 minutos de playa Carrillo como lo indica y tampoco se indica que está en una montaña por lo que no me pareció correcto que se omitieran esos detalles y sobre todo lo más molesto la piscina estaba sucia y no tenía luz……

“This stay did not take place because the reservation did not exist. Upon arrival, I discovered that no room was available and that the booking was not recognized by the property. The host never responded to my messages through the VRBO app.When I spoke with the person on site, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name and that the property was fully booked. As a result, I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute on New Year’s Eve, which was extremely difficult……

“Lovely unit and excellent location within walking distance to the beach. The hair dryer and clothing drying rack were nice touches that were much appreciated. Privacy was another highlight. Would recommend! ”
