“My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.”

“Very roomy property with a lot of natural light. Requires car and is over the border in Germany. This might increase your car rental price by 30CHF if you're renting from Switzerland (and declare that you're crossing the border). Villa is in (european) walking distance from an Aldi, however, please remember that stores are closed on Sundays. The property has 2 "real" bedrooms, one bedroom that sectioned off from the main/living room by curtains, providing visual privacy, but not sound. In……

“We were informed only 19 minutes after the check in period for the day started (3:00pm) that our booking had been changed to a different location; the new place was not at all ideal, with the bathroom being shared when we specifically booked otherwise. Only Spanish speaking staff was present until we wanted to address our complaints; communication was needlessly difficult despite having fluent English and German speakers in our group. We chose to cut our losses and find elsewhere to stay.……
