「We went in the rainy season over 4th of July week. It did rain every day, but not until 4-6:00 (sunset around 5:45) so it did not affect any of our plans. This unit on the property was great and exactly as seen in the pictures. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I would warn everyone that the beach is very rocky and the current/ocean is extremely dangerous. We were told that people die along that beach every year and I almost witnessed it happen to a local guy in his mid 20s who kept getting...

「The property and unit are both very nice. Paula, the property manager was informative and responsive. It is in a great location with great security. If / when I come back to Jaco I will certainly try to stay here again. 」

「Our stay was terrific - waking up to the sounds of the howler monkeys followed by layers of bird songs was amazing! We loved our compact apartment that provided everything we needed. Having access to buses, taxis, beach routes was great. So much diversity all in one place. The Manual park tours is a must along with Finca Rocio coffee and spice tour. Both made our stay that much more culturally enriching!」

「Easy check-in process. Jordan was great in helping us arrange transport and answering all of our questions. The location was ideal since we did not want to rent a car. The condo had everything we needed as a family of five. Thank you!」

「Had a very nice stay. Guards were very friendly. They also had cute cats. And we were very close to the main drag in jaco so tons of shopping and food options and the beach in walking diatance. 」

「Had a great time staying here with my wife and our family.There was a small on site pool with a slide and some reduced common equipment ( pool, ping pong and two weight machines in the gym), 10 minute walk downhill to a beautiful beach that never got too busy and an amazing view.」

「Very nice condominium complex. Unit had a beautiful view of beach. One block from main road made shopping and dining easy. Beach was not a “sit out at the beach” type of beach. Walkable but not cleaned up. Lots of fun activities in the area and the pool area was lovely. 」

「We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!」
