「After making a reservation, we received a message stating that the property had not been available for a long time, despite still being listed. We were surprised and disappointed, especially since we have not received any response regarding our refund. Very poor communication and an overall frustrating experience.」

「Owners were very nice and invited us to tea on arrival. The room was comfortably and clean. 」

Les hôtes, très gentils, vous servent le petit déj dans la cuisine/salon à l’heure convenue ensemble. Ils nous ont fait une lessive gracieusement !! Du balcon, dans les arbres, on a vu toucans, iguanes et jolis oiseaux. Seul manque, une plaque électrique dans la cuisine, peut-être si besoin on peut leur demander. 」

「Due to lack of communication we were unable to access our room after hours or flight landed at midnight the hotel number given was a disconnected number so we spent the night in our vehicle instead worst night ever」

「This was a real gem to find and provided an enjoyable place to stay on an unplanned trip to San Jose. Only 4 blocks to the US Embassy/Consulate which was the purpose of our trip. The host was absolutely wonderful and the owner provided excellent advice regarding navigating the area and issues we had to deal with (covid testing, local transportation, etc). Although we had not planned on going to San Jose during this trip (or needing an emergency replacement passport either) this place provided...
