The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the market, Chinatown, and tons of great restaurants and cafes and shops. "At the check-in time, the frontdesk didn't do a decent job of explaining what's where.. 1) No water bottles in the room. The shower-head is really old and dingy. Extremely loud AC - again just very old stuff. 2) Front desk didn't explain around the property 3) My keys stopped working at 5.30am while check out time was much later 4) Most importantly, no mention of they pack breakfast for early departures - I had called the previous night to ask about shuttle availability; they should have cared. Front-desk just didn't seem like they care. "
