“The place was beautiful and close to everything. There is a mini mart just around the corner and 20ish minutes to Walmart. There was all sorts of birds and wild life to watch out of the tall living room windows”

“We visited this property for two nights as a group of 11 women working on our personal growth. The house was perfectly suited to our needs and had just the right amount of space for all of us to spend time together as a group. We enjoyed the deck and green spaces for dancing and meditation, and the common area is well suited for sitting by the fire or on the beautiful meditation cushions provided in circle. The table only seats 6 but we were able to add 5 chairs from the patio so in the end it……

“This stay was a wonderful experience! We spent Christmas at Gloria's house and it was perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the well-maintained trail down to the river from the house, and visited the Blue Falls - highly recommend for those able to manage some stairs and elevation. We had a couple dinners cooked by the neighbors and they were delicious. Yadi and her family are very kind, and invited the kids to see their newborn calf. We enjoyed listening……

“It was an absolute amazing experience at this property, and me and my family had an awesome time. The host, Christian, was absolutely fantastic— so helpful, prompt and considerate. The location of the property is also excellent, it is peaceful and quiet and the balcony view is breathtaking. The pool area was so clean, and the jacuzzi as well was kept so well. The bedrooms, rooms and dining and kitchen area were also so clean and accessible. The amenities were also in abundance. Could not have……

“We had a great time at FINCA el Refugio de Papito. The experience will stay with our family forever. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a Pura Vida experience. Whether it was fishing in the pond, seeing the sloths, macaws, iguanas, turtles or herons it was fantastic. Their offers of fresh coconut, plantains, and fresh cane juice were well received.
