"The Springs is truly heaven on earth. I've been to Costa Rica fiver times since 2015 and my stays at the Springs have been most memorable than all of my other trips combined. Yes, it is one of the most expensive resorts in the area and I'm frugal but every dollar spent at the Springs is absolutely worth it. From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional, thoughtfully, and beautifully maintained. Dining, the hot springs, Club Rios, the rooms, dining - every part of the experience has been incredible. It's been a month since my family's last stay and now that I'm back in the States, I find myself thinking about the resort almost every day. One of my favorite memories is sitting alone in a hot springs at 7am, watching an iguana float across the pool while rain fell around us. Moments like that is priceless. I would absolutely return again and I'm incredibly grateful for Mr. Lee Banks who created this amazing place. "

"We spent 3 nights at Paradise Mountain Hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very unique and very clean! We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda and looking at the scenery. So beautiful and quiet. We would definetlt stay there again. The pool was nice and qas nice to have a bar menu if you do not want a full meal at the resturant."

"Hotel and staff were excellent. We had to ask management to quiet down a group of drunks who took their own speakers to pool and spent 3 hours screaming like animals. The second we asked, the hotel did everything right and addressed the situation in a classy and professional way. It was well handled. Not hotel’s fault— shame on the people. "
