Villa Diriá • 2 Blocks from Central Park
La Fortuna
9.4 分，总分 10，绝佳，（51 条点评）
“Communication with the host was very good. Overall the pictures seem to have been taken when the property was just refurbished and new. Towels and some drapery/blinds all need to be refreshed and extra blankets in bedrooms. Some of the blankets in the additional two rooms barely fit the bed. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Ants seemed to be everywhere because the back of the property is not enclosed. Overall the property did its job and the location was perfect and very close to the center……

“First off, Magdalena is the greatest host we have ever had by far. She was amazing. She communicated with us through phone, and then as we got comfortable, she checked on us every single day! The place is beyond what pictures can show. Up on the side of the mountain, the view is breathtaking every morning! Hot tub was a blast, pool was immaculate, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. (Can house more if needed, but everyone had their own room. There is a really cool guest house……

Nuevo Arenal/Tilaran
10.0 分，总分 10，绝佳，（313 条点评）
“Our family of four had the most wonderful week long stay! The host, Patrick, had the best recommendations and arranged all of our adventures. He made everything completely seamless and easy and was better than a travel agent! We all loved the beautiful house and all the details that included hand painted tiles, rock work, hand carved doors and beds, arched doorways, and hand painted sinks. The view could not be better of Arenal volcano and the lake and the mountains. We saw toucans and parakeets……

“A cheat sheet with instructions was very helpful. Repaired issue with hot water promptly. Needed an extension cord and it was delivered the same day. No metal grilling spatula, no light for the outside laundry area, no cookie sheet, no serving plates, pool paint is peeling, inside and outside couches are uncomfortable, would have been nice to have s pool skimmer net, not enough shampoo/body wash and conditioner for all 3 bathrooms.”

“We had a great stay here. The home had a great amount of space for our group. We loved the private location, beautiful landscaping and made great use of the hot tub. It rained and rained while we were there so we never got to swim.2 things to note that weren't totally clear from the listing. This is one of 3 villas on the property which are all separate from one another but are in close proximity. This means you may hear other groups and they will all have access to the shared space (pool, grill……
