"I don’t usually leave reviews, but the accommodations, staff and service were exceptionally excellent. My partner and I were here for a short getaway and I’m so glad we chose El Silencio. The food was top notch and there was a wide variety of activities to choose from. The hiking on the property was quite enjoyable and we loved the on property private waterfalls. The staff here were very attentive, friendly and helpful which made our stay here very pleasant. I would highly recommend El Silencio...

"This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna. We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. It was a highlight of our trip!"

"Wunderschöne Aussicht. Ein bisschen überteuert für das was man bekommt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das Konzept der Dusch/Badewanne haben wir nicht verstanden. Beim Duschen kann einem das ganze Tal zugucken und zum Baden braucht man seeehr viel Geduld bis sich die xxl Badewanne auch nur halbwegs mit warmem Wasser gefüllt hat.
