「Great place for a quick getaway right on the lake! Host was extremely responsive and the pictures show exactly what the property is like. The kitchen was great for making family meals, we enjoyed eating on the deck overlooking the lake, and using the hot tub and kayaks. Great stay!」

「Check-in was very easy as Owner shared entry code. While small, the kitchen was well appointed including some basic items (olive oil spray, salt/pepper, a couple other seasonings). Check out was a breeze--only instruction was to have dishes washed and put away. Location was great for our needs. Rural. No road noise. Totally enjoyed sitting on the desk and watching several bird species feasting on dogwood berries! It was a lovely place and we hope to return.」

「This property was perfect for our stay!!!! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the grill. The house and property were very well kept. We had everything that we needed in the house. Kitchen is very nice and everything was very handy. Checking in online and talking to the owner was very positive and easy to do. Will definitely choose this property next time we are in the area. 「The property was great, everything was as posted in listing. Only problem was the road detour basically right at the driveway...1 a cop was always there not letting people in and 2 our GPS has us going in circles for well over an hour. I would at least warn the next guests, very frustrating. The hot tub was amazing! My only suggestion would be to place some hooks out there for towels.」

「This was the fourth year my family has stayed at the Stone Cottage Inn, and we're already booked for next year. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for eight of us. The rustic charm is definitely its selling point. We love staying here and hope to continue for years to come.」

「Perfect staycation! House was beautiful, clean and so peacefully quiet. The pool was phenomenal!! We will definitely be making this our yearly girls trip getaway home」

「We had THE most relaxing and peaceful stay here. This is a very quiet lake with a lot of osprey, cormorants and many other birds. If you like to fish there are plenty here. We used the binoculars every single day. There is a huge grocery store five minutes away and plenty of restaurants and golf courses.」
