“We spent a relaxing week at this property enjoying the water views from inside and outside the home. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was so friendly! We slept well on the king size bed. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real plus.”

“If your idea of camping is in a luxury category then this place is for you! The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset. This is also perfect for well behaved pets, we had a 6 months old Cane Corso and he absolutely loved the shallow water, this place is a little piece of paradise if you treat it as such. Inside……

“We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!”

“Apartment is situated in a beautiful building right along the Bay, with across the street access to the Gulf beaches. Quiet, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable bed. A great stay.”

“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during……

“The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!”

“The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door……

“This is a very well maintained condo in an excellent location close to shopping and dining with a great view of the bay and just steps from the beach! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The condo was beautiful and we spent alot of time on the balcony! The kitchen was well stocked with the amenities we needed to eat in and we loved being right on the beach! This was our first experience with a VRBO and we were not disappointed at all!”

“The kitchen was very well stocked if you're cooking while you're there, everything was clean as long as you don't look under furniture. The stairs can bother you if you have any kind of back or knee problems. The fire pit and grill would've been nice if we could've gotten it to work, the propane tank seemed to have plenty of fuel in it but wouldn't light, we have a lot of experience with propane. There isn't much for kids to do while there, they should add a pool table or something like that for……

“Loved the condo!! Fantastic property and cannot beat the sunset evening view with paddle boarders and kayakers heading out. Only recommendation is for the beds in the second bedroom. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you have a foam mattress topper, you might want to bring it with you. Master bedroom was comfy and nice to have direct access to balcony. Communication was great too.”

“The tiny house was so cute! The stock tank pool and hammock made for nice outdoor relaxing, weather cooperating. There was initially some confusion about the WiFi password (husband was trying it, details are hit his strong suit, so it may have been user error), and it took a little longer than we would have preferred to get a response, but eventually it worked out. I would definitely stay again, or recommend to friends looking for a small retreat spot.”
