"- Comfortable bed - Make sure the room reserved is as advertised (ie. Fridge, Functional A/C, Elevator, etc.) - Staff performs duties well, given their limitations & setbacks - N/A Pool (didn’t use, so do not know) - Business-services? (Didn’t see any business area anymore) - “BEWARE: ELEVATOR NOT WORKING LAST TWO SEPARATE RESERVATIONS” VERY DIFFICULT TO BRING ITEMS IN & OUT UP AND DOWN STAIRS. (Having any disabilities, medical or physical limitations. After being placed on the 2nd & 3rd floors & tripping from the 3rd floor in star-well) - Coffee, tea & water service area ( breakfast in dinning area in mornings typical & well serviced). * This review is written with sincerity: “Written by frequent travelers & not meant to offend any staff member”"

"When I drove up, I really thought the place did not look like much. But then I went in and discovered it was quite large and there were several things inside, including a bar, a store, and a center court that allowed for kids to play--and they did. The room was quite large and clean. Everything worked just fine. The bed was more comfortable than most motel beds. It was pretty quiet after 9:00. When I went down for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to see the sausage patties were actually fried on a griddle. The eggs looked like they were made on the spot as well. There is, of course, a selection of waffles, cereal, fruit, juices, and coffee. It is better than most."

"The hotel was very basic. There was no coffee maker in the room so going downstairs for coffee was kind of inconvenient. There was no storage for clothes except for some hanging pegs next to the TV, and the same in the bathroom. There was a hair dryer."
