Amazing Totally Renovated Waterfront Home w/Hot tub Lake/Sunset Views-2 Firepits

Comfortable 2 bedroom/ensuite 3 bathroom home with large kitchen, dining and living areas. Amazing views of Canyon Lake and evening sunsets provided by the 35 feet of unobstructed windows across the front (Lakeside) of the house.

Additionally, our home has ample space to enjoy the out-of-doors, utilizing the numerous "outside living areas":
1) Spacious porch overlooking Canyon Lake, connected directly to the house with an overhead 84 inch ceiling fan hung from the vaulted ceiling covering the 575 sf deck well furnished with comfy rocking chairs and dining table/chairs that seat 6+. Again, all overlooking Canyon Lake.
2) On a separate level, a 400sf deck furnished with two tables providing seating for 8, located on a level slightly lower than the house and upper deck--great for morning and evening meals and gatherings.
3) A stone patio, nestled in oaks and cedars, is located at ground/Lake level, a great vantage point to view the activity around one of the fire pits and Canyon Lake. This level is closer to the Lake shoreline and great to use as a base for enjoying the Lake or to sit and watch the numerous boats, kayaks and swimmers on the Lake.
4) Picnic table located in the BBQ area to gather and enjoy aromas generated by the grill; of course, the Lake and beautiful views are in the background at all times.
5) A favorite gathering area is the deck surrounding the hot tub, not to mention the hot tub itself. This is the best place to unwind from a busy day and enjoy the lights around the Lake and a beautiful starry sky. A hot/cold shower is provided for your convenience to rinse off before and after your dip.
6) There are 2 firepits, one located on the lake level and the other just steps from the main door to the house on the adjoining lot.

We have ample wildlife with sightings of fox, roadrunners, raccoons, birds galore and, of course, abundant deer that visit each morning and evening (and in between if you will feed them) looking for corn which we provide for your (and the deer’s) enjoyment. Many will eat from your hand! Just remember and use caution--they are wild and unpredictable and, as such, care should always be taken when interacting with wildlife, especially with children who should always have an adult with them.

Stairs and a path lead to the Lake shoreline. Lake activity has recently been limited with the lower lake level. Depending on current conditions (check with us) from our shoreline, normally, you can enjoy kayaking, boating, water-skiing, sailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, fishing, jet skiing, or just laying on a float and watching the clouds go by and the activity on the Lake. Or if you prefer, take a swim and enjoy the cool, refreshing waters of Canyon Lake. Boats, kayaks, etc., can be anchored just offshore. Many of these water toys can be rented at the Cranes Mill Marina located directly across from our home, or a 4 mile drive on FM2763, headed northwest.

Another relaxing location at our home to pass the day is sitting on the swing reading (located under the porch deck), contemplating life, and/or watching others enjoying water activities.

What you have to look forward to:
**If the Lake level allows, take the steps down to the Lake for a dip in the cool. clear, refreshing water of Canyon Lake. Get the kids and go fishing at
the water's edge.
**Feed the deer that congregate at the front door (some will feed
from your hand!).
**Watch the numerous boaters/jet-skiers and other water activity
from the privacy of 4 locations on the property.
**Don't forget to plan carefully for the sunset!: Gather round with
your cool refreshments of choice and settle in to watch the
unforgettable sunset. Each evening is different so you don't want
to miss the show! As the fireball finally settles down behind the
hills, toast the wonderful day and plan for the next fun-filled day!
**A second firepit is conveniently located in close proximity to the house. Complete
the day with a smores feast at the firepit while listening to the popping embers and
watching a beautiful fire. BYOW ("Bring your own wood"--guests supply their own
wood/logs that can be purchased at nearby stores.)
