「This boutique hotel is more than awesome. It has a genuine feel of being in a private home. Jonelle (the property manager, host, coordinator etc) could not have possibly been more accommodating, friendly and overall full of life and was just pure excellence. His assistant, (sorry I don't know his name) was also amazing. The property is very beautiful and unique and we highly recommend it.」

The resort is visually striking, with architecture that feels far more unique and historic than a typical all-inclusive. We stayed in the Castle section, which was beautiful and full of character. 「Estube en el Hyatt Zilara en Mayo del 2026. Voy a decir lo positivo y lo negativo del Hotel. El hotel muy bueno en general, lo tenian bastante limpio y organizado. La calidad de comida fue muy buena. El buffet tenia bastante variedad y carnes buenas como New York steak, picahna, Salmon, Tuna, etc. De los restaurantes el Steakhouse "Waves" fue el mejor y el segundo lugar se lo daria al French restaurant.
