“This condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. The pools and beach are very nice. Kelly was very help and responsive to all of our questions. There are not many restaurants in the area so I do suggest renting a car. ”

“Excellent house for groups 12 people. The house has al the things you need for a week long vacation. Most surprising thing was the staff, specially its positive attitude, a service quality. Concierges were also of great help. The Chef is a must. No need for golf cart rental unless you are planing on playing golf.Rooms are large and beds are top level. Swimming pool and hot tub are really nicely kept.In general I would say a 10 out of 10.”

“This property is tremendous physically, and is perfect for a large family or a group of 4-5 couples. The bedrooms are huge with soaring wood ceilings, all with their own en-suite upscale bathrooms. The common spaces are equally beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and you can't beat the location and access to the Eden Roc Beach Club (which is also beautiful) and discounts at the adjacent Punta Espada golf course, which is one of the top courses in the world. “Strengths and weaknesses. Mostly strengths. Owners above picked that time to use jack hammers to peel up tile that leaked. Next door neighbors played music very loud the first few nights. Over all, unit was more than promised and just a wonderful unit with a great view!”

“Nice place, great location, incredible view and piecefull. Our only surprice with this units was that the 3rd upper bedroom lacked privacy. It is only separated from the main living area using drape curtains. Fortunatley we sent the kids upstairs. Listing should be more accurate. Laura was great and quick to reply. Would definately love to visit again. ”

“We have been to the DR many times and our stay in this condo was our favorite by far. The view from the large balcony is stunning. The unit itself is well appointed with everything we needed. Kevin and Hector were extremely responsive both pre-visit and during our stay. We highly recommend taking advantage of the golf cart. It's invaluable to run back and forth to restaurants and shops. “We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home.
