“The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms. The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed……

“Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update.”

“Front desk staff was super rude which is why I had to rate the staff low. There were some staff members and managers that were apologetic and pleasant. We rented the deluxe with an infinity pool. Our infinity pool was low daily and seemed to be the only one, our power went out for around 3-4 hours one evening, causes us to miss dinner, but they eventually got it fixed. It did cause the room to get very hot and we had a hard time keeping the room nightly, just because it is so hot there during……
