“The hard wares of the hotel and the service of the hotel were really bad and unacceptable. My friends and I, alothther 5 people stayed in Apartment A16 (a penthouse apartment which is for 6 people) for 9 nights from 8 to 16 Aug. During these 9 nights, there was not enough hot water supply. The hot water supply could only be enough for 3 people every night. In other words, 2 of us needed to take cold water shower. Can you imagine of taking cold water shower in winter in Mauritius?!”
