Villa with private swimming pool dating back to the XIX century, located in the famous area of historical villas in Lucca. Outside, this villa disposes of a large garden which holds a beautiful swimming pool. A few minutes away, Segromigno town is provided with shops an several supplies. Versilia coastline, with its well-known beaches and night life, is about 40km away.
This villa with private pool is equipped with: private garden (surrounded by hedges); private swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of the guests (12m x 6m; min depth: 1,20m; max depth: 2,20m), barbecue, wi-fi internet connection (free wi-fi), panoramic terraces equipped with sofas and chairs, outdoor area (by the kitchen) furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, 2 baby beds and 1 highchair, parking, maid service (on request, extra charge).
Distances: Segromigno (with food shops, bar, restaurants) 700m away, shops are within 1km from the villa, Marlia (large supermarket) 4 km away, Lucca 11 km away, Montecatini Terme (with thermal spas) 30 km away, Pisa 35 km away, Tuscan Coastline (Versilia) 40 km away, Florence 80 km away, Volterra and San Gimignano around 80 km away, the famous area of Cinque Terre around 100 km away.

Fabulous tranquil villa!

Wonderful villa with huge amount of space, elegant large rooms and fantastic swimming pool. Well placed to see Lucca and the beautiful spa town of Montecatini, too far from Florence to do as a day trip. Overall excellent - what more could I ask for?!

Schönes Haus mit Pool mit leichten Verbesserungspotenzialen

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat einen tollen Pool in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr gut. Auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen mit Blick auf den Garten. Leider gibt es auf dem Balkon keine Möglichkeit zu essen, da keine geeigneten Tische vorhanden sind (die Tische sind sehr hoch und klein) und auch war nur ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, der nur Teile des Balkons beschattete. Man kann auf der anderen Seite des Hauses im Freien essen, aber auch dort fehlte der Sonnenschutz. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Wonderful large rooms, great for family get together. The balcony in particular is good, and pool.

A lovely place to spend family time as so much space, large rooms apart from small kitchen which is perfectly adequate, great balcony and pool. Everyone enjoyed it. The village a little disappointing, but, so close to Lucca, and we found a great little restaurant up the hill too.

This is a lovely comfortable old house

We had a great time at Villa Fiamma. The house is beautiful and comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone, but the kitchen is small and fridge/freezer/storage rather small for such a big group. As the weather was very hot, we ate all our meals outside and cooked on the (tiny) barbeque. It was great to have a housekeeper on site and the swimming pool was perfect. There were lovely walks all around the local countryside and Segromigno village has everything you might need within walking distance.

Traumhafte, gediegene Villa mit wunderschönen Außenpool

Großzügige voll ausgestattete geschmackvolle Zimmer, riesiger Südbalkon, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, großes Grundstück mit Mauer- bzw. Zauneinfriedung und schwerem Stahlschiebetor, zusätzlich hohe Sichtschutzhecken zum Relax- und Poolbereich, 70 qm großer Pool mit Sprungbrett, läßt alles keine Wünsche offen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der Umgebung Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Viareggio. Der Hauswart wohnt unauffällig im Untergeschoss und steht bei Fragen zur Verfügung ( englisch, italienisch). Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kautionsrückgabe ( abzgl. Endreinigungskosten) ist sehr unkompliziert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältmis ist außerordentlich gut. Wir ( 9 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Villa jedem weiter empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp an den Vermieter: Eine Aufklärung der italienischen Abfalltrennung (mindestens in Bildern besser noch in deutscher Sprache) wäre sehr hilfreich.
