Ciclamino House: pool, view, Wi-Fi, Lucca, Tuscany

The house features a ground floor with a spacious living room with a fireplace. There is a master bedroom with a window offering a panoramic view of the peaceful hills. It also features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a small guest bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find the main bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can spend a romantic evening by candlelight, or simply enjoy a glass of wine and a book.
The finishes are simple, the fixtures are a bit dated but generally in good working order; the house is equipped with fans—this apartment does NOT have air conditioning)
Outside, thanks to a beautiful garden equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, you can fully enjoy the outdoors.
You’ll also find a pool to share with the other two apartments on the property
(only one of these other two apartments is rented out; the other remains available for our family’s use)

The pool (open from April 7 to October 15) and the adjacent garden are shared with two other residences, but access is always free and unrestricted, provided that the peace and quiet of all guests is respected.

You’ll have a reserved parking space in the shared car park. The area is monitored by video surveillance to ensure greater security and peace of mind during your stay.

⚠️ Tourist tax: In this municipality, the tourist tax is not included in the reservation price and must be paid directly upon arrival. The amount is €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 3 nights, as established by the Municipality of Capannori. Children under 14 are exempt from paying the tax.
