Always a pleasure!

Second time we visited villa sa torre. As usual the process was easy as it can get. Communication at short notice is not a problem. Even a flexible check-in was possible. The house is clean and also has a new heat exchanger and water pump for enough pressure. All in all great experience and vacation. Thanks to Laura and her father we had a great time, as always. 10/10 recommendation. Definetely coming back!

Die Lage der Finca mitten in Cala Rajada ist ideal und sie bietet ein echtes Zuhause-Gefühl. Der Pool war für unsere gemeinsame Zeit wunderbar und die überdachte Terasse bot auch bei Regen den passenden Schutz. Wir waren uneingeschränkt zufrieden.

Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und Sommer in der Villa Sa Torre. Wie waren über einen längeren Zeitraum dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage war ideal, um zu den Stränden, diversen Lokalitäten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß zu gelangen. Die Schlafzimmer waren klimatisiert und alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Pool wurde einmal wöchentlich gereinigt und die Kommunikation mit Laura war anstandslos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Waschmaschine, Handtücher und Liegen sollten erneuert werden

Alles in allem alles gut. Für diesen Preis darf man mehr (und neuere) Handtücher erwarten. Waschmaschine wäscht nicht mehr sauber, auch da geht noch was. Die Liegen dürfen auch mal wieder neu. Kommunikation war ok, wir konnten eher in das Haus, das war sehr hilfreich.

Finca Sa Torre Cala Ratjada

Leider hat schon im Vorfeld die Kommunikation mit Laura überhaupt nicht funktioniert .Auch am Anreisetag hat der Schlüssel der in der Key Box lag nicht zu diesem Objekt gepasst. Nach einem weiteren Anruf kam dann Lauras Vater jedoch verging da noch mal Zeit. Dann machte man uns vorwürfe es müssten 2 Schlüssel in der Key Box sein ,sorry da passen gar keine 2 Schlüssel rein. Und wenn ja haben wir uns den ganzen Urlaub gefragt wer oder wo der 2 Schlüssel ist . Ein sehr komisches Gefühl. Bis 1 Tag vor unserer Abreise kam nichts mehr von Laura ,gar nichts . Sie hat uns nur an unsere Check out Zeiten erinnert. Das war alles. Wir waren schon einige male in Mallorca auf einer Finca aber eine derart schlechte Betreuung hatten wir bis dahin noch nicht .Sorry Laura aber kümmere dich besser um deine Gäste.

Tolles Haus an ruhiger Lage...

... und doch fussläufig zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Toller Empfang von Papa Carlos mit allen nötigen Informationen und ein super ausgestattetes Haus. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Pool genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus !!!

Wir waren zu fünft in diesem schönen Haus. Check in und Check out hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und ihrem Vater war sehr nett und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Wir werden wieder kommen !!!

Gruppenurlaub in Cala Ratjada

Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen sind in der Lage, den gesamten Wohnbereich ausreichend zu kühlen. Zudem befinden sich auch noch 2 große Standventilatore in den Schlafzimmern, im unteren Bereich. Die Lage ist recht zentral. Der Weg zur Cala Agulla und zum Ortszentrum ist ungefähr gleich lang. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Nur die Filterkaffeemaschine ist leider defekt. Kaffee kann man aber auch ohne Maschine zubereiten ;-) Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sehr wahrscheinlich wiederkommen :-)

Idyllisch

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die ruhige Lage auf dem Hügel und doch in der Nähe von Stränden hat uns begeistert. Das Haus selbst war geräumig, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten waren perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders genossen haben wir die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus. Laura war sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Finca

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind die umliegenden Strände und auch der Ort fussläufig oder per Fahrrad gut und schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Terrassen und der Pool sind rund ums Haus benutzbar und teilweise durch Naturschatten beschattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und wurden von Laura und ihrem Vater gut "betreut" , wenn es Fragen gab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Eine kleine Anmerkung: Es gibt lediglich in 1 von 3 Schlafzimmern eine Klimanlage. Das ist im Hochsommer nicht für jeden etwas und sollte in der Objektbeschreibung deutlicher hervorgehen.

Sehr schöne Finca Torre

Die Finca liegt in ruhiger Umgebung am Rande von Cala Ratjada. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir haben die Zeit am Pool sehr genossen. Bis das auf eine Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte, war alles super .

Schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 6 erwachsenen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles in allem sehr gut. Eine Sache doch noch, man könnte mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine besorgen. :-)

Villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. Pool area and terrace was wonderful. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but only 5mins away from the start of the shops and restaurants and supermarket, then a further 10mins to the harbour and beaches. Cala Rajada is lovely and will be going back. Laura was a fabulous host no issues at all x

Wonderful stay!

From the beginning, this booking process was very simple and the communication with Laura was excellent. Check in was super easy and we were met by her father Carlos, who walked us through the property and examined everything well. The property was exceptionally clean and tidy and was stocked with more than enough towels / plates / glasses etc. Only one room had air-condition and it was very hot while we were in Majorca but the other 2 rooms had fans and this made the nights more comfortable. The villa is really lovely. Lovely area under the shade and a fantastic pool area, where we spent most of our time! This was the best pool we've ever had on holiday! Super clean and a great size. We have been to Cala Ratjada before but not in this particular location. While we were only 15 minutes walk in to the centre, there were many bars and resturants within 5 / 10 mins. Despite the busy area, the villa is in a very quiet location. Cala Agila is a gorgeous beach and either a 5 minite drive (cost €6 to park all day) or about 15 min walk. This really was such a relaxing holiday, made so by this perfe t property. We did have an issue with showers not staying warm enough for long enough but communication was quick and they were getting that sorted for the next guests. It really did not bother us as it was so hot, we just wanted cool showers anyway!! A 5 star property with the loveliest of owners. We met Laura just before we left and she is brilliant. Replies promptly and you can tell she cares about her guests and their experience. We will definitely be going back. It was the perfect place for us to spend some time together. Our chixlred are 16 and 19 and they had a great time.

Wir kommen wieder

Insgesamt macht das Haus einen sehr guten Eindruck, leider haben nicht alle Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Außenplätze sind teilweise überdacht und schattig, was gerade bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Der Pool und der Poolbereich mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm sind sehr schön.

Super Anwesen mit Top Unterstützung der Vermieter

Bei Anreise wurde uns kurz das Haus gezeigt, die Schlüssel übergeben und schon war alles in Ordnung. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation top. Laura hat uns sämtliche Fragen über das Haus beantwortet. Wir konnten sogar früher ins Haus, da wir aufgrund eines vorverlegten Flugs bereits morgens in Cala Ratjada ankamen. Als die Fernbedienung für das Tor während unserer Reise nicht mehr funktionierte, haben wir schnell einen Ersatz bekommen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer wieder gerne. Absolute Empfehlung!
