This modern, 2-story townhouse is located just steps to the beach in Cape Canaveral! It's a sleepy quite beach away from the crowds. This bright and airy townhome has a master ground-floor bedroom with access to a private pavered patio, a full bath, plus a huge second bedroom with 2 Queen beds and an on-suite bath upstairs. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully-equipped, full-size kitchen, a spacious living & dining area, in-unit laundry, and wifi.

Port Canaveral with all its great restaurants is a 5 minute drive, walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, and local amenities, shopping, and dining are very nearby; 45 minutes to Orlando Airport and 1 hour from Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, or any other Theme park in Orlando. Kennedy Space Center, and its attractions are just a 20 minutes drive away also but launches can literally be seen from the house or from the beach 2 minutes walk away. Perfect spot to mix a quite beach holiday with plenty of options for activities and entertainment.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach Pier are worth checking out. Astronauts Memorial Space Mirror and Traxx at Jungle Village are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.

Perfect vacation
Good location. 4 minute walk to the beach. Town house was exactly as shown in pics. Very clean & comfortable. Property manager responded quickly to any inquiries. Would rent again.

Beach getaway
We live in Orlando and decided to stay on the coast for a month. The area is nice and quaint. Beach was a 5 min walk away. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The owner, Deborah, was easy to talk to and available if needed. We can’t wait to return next year!!

Best location, 3 minutes to beach
We enjoyed a great month in this comfortable, bright inviting home…. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. It was clean, well equipped with all the comforts of home. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, but also close to dining and shopping. The airport and attractions are only a hour away. Deb and Jim were conscientious and thoughtful hosts who were a pleasure! We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful ocean therapy location!
We had an amazing time staying at this condo! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the area and the amenities. Deborah and Jim go above and beyond during the check-in process, even recommending great spots for our fur baby. We will definitely book again when in this area.
