Located within walking distance to both Cherie Down Beach Park and Manatee Sanctuary Park, you'll find this lovely Cape Canaveral home! Putting you in the quintessential Sunshine State location, Flamingo Lane is mere miles away from the Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Day trips can be taken with ease to Orlando's Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

Inside the updated interior of Flamingo Lane, get comfortable under the vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room. Here, the seating is plush and the TV is large. When you aren't hanging out here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a peaceful place to play chef, and the home's screened-in patio is an excellent spot to visit, read, and simply enjoy Cape Canaveral's radiant weather. The home's bedrooms are equally inviting with their soft linens, private TVs, and central air. A private washer/dryer, foosball table, and children's games round out Flamingo Lane's interior perks. A day at the beach is made easy and fun with the provided wagon and beach gear. Grab a surfboard and hit the waves!

As the sun begins to set over paradise, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout for the people who mean the most to you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Solid place

Great place in a good location walking distance to the beach. Bathrooms are dated but everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
