This property features a separate ADU over the garage in the back of the property. This may or may not be occupied by a guest during your stay. You have exclusive use of the entire yard.
Guest Access:
You have access to everything at A Wave From It, except the garage. Exclusive use of the yard and all the amenities it has to offer.
No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.
Driveway and Street parking is available directly in front of the home. Guests are not permitted to park on the grass, or to park in a way that blocks the sidewalk.
If you Rent a Golf Cart. Please make sure you park it in the designated Golf Cart Spot. Not on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. An extension cord to charge the golf cart is located in the storage container by the back stairs. The plug is on the front porch. Please return the extension cord to the storage container for the next guests use.
