The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a private outdoor shower. The front porch as a swing where you can sit back and relax.

The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a TV room on the first floor with a soundbar and wrap around couch.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The parents bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table and a roku tv. The kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed as well as another twin xl size bed and a roku tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo.
