New to Cape Charles

It was our first time to Cape Charles. We loved the location of the house. We were able to walk to so much - shopping, eating and the beach. The house was the perfect size and layout for my family. Will definitely be back in Cape Charles!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was a great setup for our family of 4 and had ample space for us and it was nice have two full baths and a nice sized laundry room. Would stay here again!

Cape Charles Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a lovely vacation rental. Very clean and convenient to everything. The space was great for 4 people however, the owners need to do something about the main bedroom door. Right now it is a french door with glass and there is NO PRIVACY! I don't think you can say it is a bedroom if you can't close the door and have privacy to chance or sleep. Also, the second "bedroom" does not have a closet so legally it is NOT a bedroom. Other than these two issue, the space is great, the kitchen is clean and roomy (weird kitchen sink though). The living space could use an additional chair so that all four people can sit together. Right now I would not recommend this rental unless the door to the main bedroom is replaced, the second bedroom had clothes hanging options and the living space adds a comfy chair. If these three things are changed I would highly recommend this property.

Okay house - good location if you aren’t picky.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not rent unless you rent both. We were on the bottom floor of the duplex and could not sleep the entire weekend because you can hear every step the renters above make and they had a dog. Also one of the bedrooms has a glass door that goes to the main living area so if anyone is in the kitchen or sitting area - the people in that room can see the lights. The house was fine and a good location, but needed some TLC - no hot water in the kitchen sink, needed new shower curtains, mildew on faucets. Couldn’t get any of the TVs to work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a group of ten adults rent Coral Haven 1 and 2 for a long weekend. The places were great and had everything we needed. Christy from Chesapeake Properties was super nice and accommodating. We showed up after hours and there was a miscommunication; Christy came back to the office to assist us and did so with a smile on her face. I highly recommend using this rental company!

Great time in Cape Charles

We had a lovely stay in Cape Charles for the 4th of July. The house was exactly as advertised, about 4 blocks from the beach and one block from the Main Street. We had a bit of a mishap on checking in with missing linens and the property management rectified it immediately despite the fact that it was after hours. Highly recommend this property and Chesapeake Properties did a great job as the manager.

It’s a spacious two bedroom apartment; each bedroom has a queen sized bed and there’s sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, a full size and well-stocked kitchen, large living room, off-street parking and high speed internet with 175-200 Mbps download. The apartment is located 5-minutes from the beach and there are a number of restaurants, eateries and shopping within a few minutes walking distance.
