“From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

“We really did appreciate the large poly tank to have plenty of water, and consistent electricity. Our driver did amazing getting to the top of the hill in his tro-tro van. He and our guide really enjoyed watching the soccer (football) matches on your big screen with satellite. My family enjoyed having broadband to watch a couple of movies on the upstairs big screen TV. “The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy……

“The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper.”
