Family perfect, YES!

Space and fun for everyone! Super clean! Spacious, yet brings a family together. (Check in/out could improve.). Pool, toys, and kayaking were fun. Good for generational families. Great times, great memories. Perfect. (Shouldn’t have to strip beds though...)

This was the nicest house that we have ever rented. It was spotless when we arrived and everything was just as it was pictured. Was disappointed there werent any cookie sheets. But went and purchased and left them here for the next fuests.

The property was well managed. A small delay getting the access code so not perfect check in process. Very accommodating when we need to add additional 2 weeks as our house repairs continued.

We were very happy with our stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The canal and pool were great to be beside. The pool was always warm and clean. The activity in the canal was relaxing to watch as dolphins and manatees would visit occasionally. My only issue was the pests that were present in the kitchen area. The pest control was sent out and it helped, but there were still a few pesky bugs. Thank You I was always happy with the response I had when I called or texted the property managers. Most of the issues were addressed and I have no reason to complain.

The property was lovely, exactly what was pictured.

The property was lovely, exactly what was pictured. Being on the canal made it GREAT and I would focus on that feature in your advertising for the property. It made it like a true getaway. A few things to consider for the property to improve the stay: screens on the windows in the 2 guest bedrooms. the air was cool and we like to open the windows, but bugs prevented that. the rooms became stuffy with the doors closed. Master Mattress could use replacing as it sank a bit in the middle. 2 more sand chairs (house sleeps 6 and only 2 sand chairs?). Fix the dock railings for safety. Better steak knives are needed. Those that are there are a bit rusty and don't really cut well. Also with the pandemic and our stay, working was not quite comfortable. The chairs were hard to sit on all day. Plus the couches in the TV area were very uncomfortable after a while of sitting there. Not sure you can fix that though...overall we really were very pleased and we were sad to leave. very responsive to questions and issues that needed addressing in the house. very good team!
