Everything looked good on website. Master bed was really soft and low to the floor. The other King bedroom was even lower and appears to be the same type mattress. We had a fly infestation while there we had to deal with. Kitchen china and utensils are this and that. Pool was nice but cold and no heat available.Pool scenes are overgrown with plants and scrubs laking any care. very close to Del Prado so noisy. Garage is unusable for vehicles.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and beautiful. Any questions we had the owner answered immediately. Highly recommend.

Cape Coral house

Spacious house with beautiful floors. Beds were comfortable. The family loved the pool. Pool was deep so we kept the kids in life jackets. The property manager was very nice and responsive.

Bad

Got there and everything was fine at first until we couldn’t get in since the lock was jammed. Even after we were able to get into the house we found out that the air conditioning was broken so we had to cancel our plans on our short stay and wait for the ac guy to come and fix it. When the ac guy finally came I was speaking with him and he had told me that the ac was frozen up and had no filter and that he’s been telling the owner to get a new one for the past 2 years. The floors and dishes were also a little dirty and there was a dead cockroach found in one of the rooms on the floor. The communication with the owner wasn’t very great either, we reached out to her and asked politely if there could be any compensation given due to the inconveniences and she responded very unprofessionally saying things like “don’t try to play games with me” and said that we could’ve went out and caught the roach and planted it there. There was no reason for her to respond the way she did we wanted to do things peacefully but regardless of that we tried to make the most out of our stay.
